Payment

Payment in advance via Paypal or Ko-fi using EUR (€) as currency. Payment by PayPal is made with an invoice issued by me, the customer pays the tax.
Commission prices are for a drawing with one (1) character.
Commissions cannot be returned or refunded once the sketch has passed the client's approval.
It is possible to pay in installments. The issue to be individually agreed with the customer.
The final price of the commission can vary depending on the number of characters, background, difficulty, etc.

How I work?

I accept request via Google form or Ko-fi commissions form.
I contact the clients to discuss the details about the commission.
I start the work on a commission and I update the client in different stages of my work (sketch, base colors, rendering progress).Will draw: original characters and fanarts, humas/humanoids, couples and ships of any gender, fantasy, horror, mecha/cyberpunk, NSFW – issue to be negotiated, dependent on my sense of comfort.
Won't draw: furry, animals – issue to be negotiated.

Modifications

As I work on the commission, I send multiple updates so that the client can request any changes.
Only minor changes will be accepted once the commission is complete.

Copyright and uses

I retain copyright over the artwork.
No calming, edits, tracing, copying, duplicating, selling.
Using my work to feed AI image generators or other similar machine/program training/learning. is strictly prohibited.
If the client wants to edit the commission in some way, the client is obliged to contact me for my permission.
I can publish the commission to post my work in any form and mantain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. But I won't post pieces upon request.
Accepted sketch and finished commissions are sometimes posted on Patreon, if the customer does not wish it, their commission will not be posted on Patreon
Client can post the finished commission on social media/their website with credit to my Twitter or Instagram @twoshortswords.
Client agrees to use my work exclusively for personal non-profit use.

Addictional info.

I have the right to refuse a commission if it violates my comfort or when the client behaves inappropriately, or does not meet the terms of the private arrangements or TOS.
After sending the finished commission, I wait 2 weeks for client approval. After the 2 week period, if the client does not contact me, I consider the commission closed and no corrections can be made.
I send finished commissions in PNG format via email or Google Drive upon request.
If the customer has specific requirements for the size of the canvas or wants to receive a commission in a specific format, it is obliged to inform me about it. My standard canvas size is 4496x300px at 300DPI resolution.
